Jesus, when I started this blog in September and said “one post a day!”, I had no idea I’d sit inside an apartment in Dallas for a month. Here’s the only picture from yesterday, picturing the last of the old stew. Then I made a salad of arugula, squash, tomatoes, red cabbage and bell peppers. She didn’t like it, so it’s mine. MIHNE. I made her eggs. Me cooking is part of the deal for staying here. 20 USD/day and cooking. She does the cleaning and vacuumed today. An exciting day! A friend came to look at her car, and she’ll just need to buy something for the motor and he’ll come back and fix it, all free.

It’s snowing in Stockholm according to what people are posting. It must be nice to be in Dallas, you might think. But we have air condition! It makes sounds and makes it all dirt cold. So that’s why I’m working in a thick sweater and under a blanket. This is the only thing that we sometimes fight about. She is like “it’s so hot, so hot” while I’m like “it’s zo cold I’m freeziziziznggg”. But after 13 days, I guess that is still a good grade on a CouchsurferLongStay(TM).
